Adding a session to your schedule in Sched does not guarantee you a spot in the room. Most sessions are first come, first served, there is no waitlist. On Sched you can add multiple sessions to your schedule that are at the same time. A session that is "POPULAR!" is on many attendee schedules and could be full. If a session requires pre-registration it will indicate this in the description and will provide details for how to pre-register.

Poor posture starts in childhood particuliarily with the rampant use of personal electionic devices. Sustained cervical flexion associated with prolonged screen time results in a myriad of health issues such as headaches, eye-strain, neck and back pain, upper extremity pain and weakness, chronic fatigue, reduced lung capacity, deceased mental alertness, and premature intervertebral disc degeneration and osteoarthritis, etc.. Since the use of personal electronic devices is an intergal part of our modern lifestyle all of us, especially young people, need to learn proactive or preventative ways of minimizing these negative effects. To this end, in 75 minutes, Dr.Shalagan will demonstrate to teachers how to teach thier students age applicable, self-care management exercises that can be used anywhere to minimize the negative effects of chronic postural distortion.
